Join us for Power Flow, a high-energy group fitness class designed to help you burn fat, build strength, relieve stress, and learn striking fundamentals. No experience required!
This class combines:
- HIIT Training: Fast-paced, full-body exercises to boost cardio and endurance.
- Mobility Work: Improve flexibility, joint health, and movement.
- Striking Techniques: Beginner-friendly punching and striking drills on pads/bags to build skill and confidence.
Expect a supportive and motivating environment where all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to working out, coming from martial arts, or just want to blow off steam after work, this is for you.

Agenda:
- 5-10 minute warm-up + mobility drills
- 30 minutes HIIT + striking combinations
- 10-15 minutes cool down + mobility/stretching
Total class time: ~1 hour.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Water bottle
- MMA gloves (if you don’t have them yet, gear is available and included with your first month’s sign-up)

Classes take place at EVX Martial Arts & Fitness. Located at 2000 Cheshire Bridge Rd Ne Ste G, Atlanta, Ga, 30324. Look for the black and red sign on the building when you arrive. Please arrive 10 minutes early if it's your first time so we can help you get set up.
