These classes will be available to all by request and I am offering a free metabolic assessment to show you where you are and how we can achieve your goals ASAP. After we establish your goals we will develop a nutrition plan that is specifically designed for your needs. We will develop a firm understanding of the 70/20/10 rule and how to use it to balance our efforts for maximum results. All equipment will be provided. All you need to do is show up with is gym clothes and a great attitude. Our sessions will be 1 hr and are available to be booked in advance. If you have been reading this long I know you are interested so here's the price breakdown. To start training there will be a 1 time charge of $85 and each session after that is $40/session. You are required to book and pay 24/hrs prior to each session. If you need to cancel a session for any reason you must notify me within 3 hrs prior to your session time. If you have not experienced the benefit of working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer allow me to be the one who shows you why it makes a difference. If you are not into group training and prefer a direct and private facility to train in I can accommodate you. Lets get started today on building the foundation to improved health and fitness.
