Then I plan to have the group decision at Sun Dec 29 8:00-8:20 pm . Basically during the time we can make introductions and ask questions.
If attending the group decision, please sign up on that event.
Then, I would ask if you confirm that will buy the ticket.
(Assurance - we need 6 people to confirm; otherwise no need to buy a ticket.)
If you are unable to make it at that time, that’s fine; you can buy your ticket before time and confirm you bought it by the time. The event might get cancelled just after the group meeting; however, I would be going anyway.

Please buy the 7:30 tickets. This in 2024 results in webpage saying "ATL - Garden Lights, Holiday Nights - Saturday, Jan 4, 2025 from 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM", which is presumably the time slot.
Then it says the vague, "Please make sure to arrive to the Garden within 15 minutes of your selected time slot.", which is not clear about before vs after.
(If not available, please get a ticket time of 8:00) (or 8:30).
