About us

ATUNE Collective is for people who are tired of being overstimulated, disconnected, anxious, or “fine” on the outside while their nervous system is fighting for its life on the inside.

We host sound baths, nervous system training, guided meditation, and grounded social experiences that help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect — with yourself and with other people.

This isn’t the usual yoga-calm vibe. It’s real, relatable, body-based practice for modern life, relationships, stress, and the moments when everything is officially getting on your nerves.

Come reset, breathe, laugh a little, and remember what it feels like to feel safe in your own body.

Connection is not just emotional.
It is physiological.
When the nervous system is under strain, it becomes harder to feel calm, open, safe, and present. Many of us are trying to connect, heal, and function well from bodies that have not fully learned how to come out of stress.
ATUNE: Nervous System Training & Sound Bath is a guided experience designed to help you begin changing that.
On June 7, you’re invited into a 90 minute immersive experience that combines nervous system education, embodied regulation, and restorative sound to help you return to yourself.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to regulate from the inside out — not just intellectually, but somatically.
You’ll leave with:

  • a clearer understanding of nervous system dysregulation
  • a felt experience of grounding and restoration
  • practical tools to support greater calm and emotional capacity
  • a deeper sense of connection to your body and breath

This is not about forcing calm.
It is about training for connection.
Training for capacity.
Training for a more regulated way of being.
Come if you’ve been craving a reset.
Come if your body has been carrying too much.
Come if you’re ready for a deeper kind of exhale.
