Insider's Guide to Mobile Game Publishing

Details

We're very excited to have the folks at Thrust Interactive present a case study on building and publishing a mobile game. They will be discussing the business, development, and publishing aspects of their upcoming mobile game "Words and Cards." Bio's for the presenters are below.

This is a great opportunity for ATL Mobile Dev members to peek inside the game development process, along with the business side, and discuss with local experts who have built many games on multiple platforms!

This meetup is sponsored by Corona Labs. We appreciate their support of the ATLMODEV community!

We're also trying a couple of new things this month:

App Showcase

We'll give 2 minutes to three local mobile app/game developers to showcase their app! At the start of the meetup, you can talk about your game/app and get support from the local community to help you promote & launch your fancy new product. Sign up is limited to 3 teams, so please email me (pratik @ mypatelspace.com) with the title 'ATLMODEV DEMO' and the first three responders will be on deck to show off their stuff.

AFTER PARTY

We'll also be doing an after party! We invite you to come to the meetup then hang out and network. We're working on the details but it will be nearby and we're working on a sponsor for free food and booze! (PS if you're interested in sponsoring this or future events, email me)
