Adventure, elegance, and a powerful New World finale! Join the Atlanta Community Symphony Orchestra and Artistic Director Robert Trocina as we celebrate pioneering women and timeless symphonic storytelling. The program opens with Louise Farrenc’s Overture No. 1 in E minor, followed by Florence Price’s Violin Concerto No. 1, Andante, performed by Elizabeth Milan - Ruth Kern Featured Artist Series. The season concludes with the sweeping majesty of Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, “From the New World” — a triumphant finale honoring legacy, hope, and bold new beginnings.
