Agile reaches drinking age – A reflection on what we’ve learned and what’s next

As agile turns 21 and officially reaches drinking age we’ve learned quite a lot! In many ways agile has opened doors for new levels of effectiveness delivering software but in other ways it’s let us down not fully delivering on it’s promises. During this roundtable discussion we’ll reflect on what we’ve learned and talk about why value stream management and flow are key things to focus on as we journey into Agile’s adulthood.
