Atlanta Real Estate Development Lab is a practitioner-led group focused on how real estate development projects—ranging from small to large scale—are planned, entitled, and executed, using Atlanta as a primary case-study market. Using real project examples, the Lab examines zoning, permitting, site constraints, capital structure, and execution risk through structured discussion and peer review. Sessions are educational and discussion-based, and are particularly useful for builders, developers, investors, other professionals, advisors, and anyone seeking a practical understanding of real estate development processes.
