This special Hikerodose will be on Sun, July 20 from 7am-2pm, moderate difficulty, in beautiful Tallulah Gorge GA --where the waterfalls are!

COMMUTE / OVERNIGHT CAMPING:
Allow 2 1/2 hours for your commute if you are driving from Atlanta, best to leave around 4:30am on Sunday. You may also consider driving out on Saturday and camping overnight to make it easier to get up early for the hike.

We suggest:
Pioneer Campground, Tallulah Falls GA https://maps.app.goo.gl/QEeLvFxnBRndipC56

DURATION / DIFFICULTY:
It's a 1.7-mile out-and-back hike. This moderate to challenging trail traverses a steep, rocky embankment before reaching the gorge floor. It looks harder than it actually is, though.

Hikers can walk along the beautiful Tallulah River and view several waterfalls, slide down the natural rock slide and swim. You WILL get wet! We will likely be on the trail for 5 hours just to make the most of the day.

MEETING LOCATION:
Tallulah Gorge State Park
338 Jane Hurt Yarn Rd
Tallulah Falls, GA 30573

Please note:
To access the gorge floor, visitors must obtain a free permit which is limited to 100 per day. For information on obtaining a permit, please visit https://gastateparks.org/TallulahGorge

The focus of this gathering is communion with sacrament at a level that everyone will be present and feel more connected to each other and nature.

Expect an elevated mood and sense of well-being.

The vibe will be warm and supportive. We always end up in the deep end of existential topics.

We lead with vulnerability and we welcome yours.
