Hello mystics! We are cross-posting this event from our friends at Sol Dance, an incredible community of like-minded spiritual beings.

Let's meet up for brunch before the event, 10:30am then head over to the venue 12:00pm. This gathering is for anyone who finds they can release emotions (or stress) through movement. The Sol Dance community is warm, welcoming and sober. We always enjoy letting loose on the dance floor... no judgement, all love!

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Co-Founder & Resident DJ Scott Houston will be offering & facilitating a delicious DJ set of Ecstatic Dance accompanied by Co-Founder & Ceremonialist Maya Lemberg as MC.

They always offer a warm up / mindful movement segment at the beginning, a drum circle at the mid point of the even and a closing sound experience at the end. The crowd feels welcoming and present, like you are in the company of conscious beings who are there for embodiment and growth.
