Skeet Shoot and/or Hunting Rifles

Skeet, trap, 5 stand, pick your poison! Beginners welcome! Let's get together early before the heat sets in and bust some clays.

Equipment specifics: Only shot sizes 7.1/2, 8, and 9's allowed on the range or on the premises. In other words, no 00 buck, 6's, 5's, 4's, BB's etc.. We sell the proper size ammo in the proshop and at discount prices, not normal proshop prices.

Beginners: WE'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU! There will be enough experienced shooters on hand and RSOs working the fields. We expect you'll be in great hands. No equipment required, you can literally rent EVERYTHING at this field. This is NOT an educational event though you do have the option of joining a beginners clinic at 10:30 am given by the range, it's about $17 to participate.

Cost: Registration fee is nominal $7/person to deal with organizer fees from Meetup and the hold costs for event venue, if you do not own your own equipment plan to spend $35-50 depending on how much you shoot. If you own your own equipment you likely know what to expect.

Location: Located on the Southwest side of Atlanta approximately 20 minutes from downtown. From Interstate 285 take Exit 2. Go west on Camp Creek Parkway (away from airport) for 3.6 miles. Take a left on Merk Rd. Less than a mile down Merk Rd. on the left.

Guests: We encourage you to bring guests, but the will need to register individually through MeetUp!
