Sitecore Community Update
- Speaker: Martin English (Wolters Kluwer)
Data Privacy for Dummies (selected for SUGCON NA 2023)
- Speaker: George Chang (Hexagon)
- Abstract: Countries around the world (including the United States) have been establishing and enforcing data privacy and protection laws at a rapid rate. While this is great for the consumer, extra care needs to be taken for developers to ensure compliance to all these new regulations. It’s not just GDPR anymore!
Sitecore Week Recap Lightning Talk
- Speaker: Varun Nehra (Altudo)
- Abstract: A lot took place during "Sitecore Week" in Minneapolis, between MVP Summit, Partner Connect, DX, and SUGCON NA. This session will recap the happenings of the week for those who weren't able to make it to every event.
(Re)Introducing the Sitecore Digital Experience Maturity Assessment
- Speaker: Jonathan Corley (Sitecore)
- Abstract: Sitecore's updated Digital Experience Maturity Model (DXMM) is the next generation of our maturity model, designed to guide organizations from a basic digital presence to becoming industry leaders in customer experience. It provides a structured framework for assessing composable capabilities, offering a simplified view to improve and personalize the customer journey across multiple omnichannel touchpoints. This interactive session is an early preview opportunity for the ASUG attendees to review the model, take the assessment live at the user group, and provide feedback. This input and data will be used to shape the future version set to fully roll out January 2024.
