Atlanta small business value & exit meetup
Details
An informal evening for small business owners to talk about business valuation, exit readiness and the practical steps that increase options, whether a sale is near, years away, or just something you want to be prepared for.
This is not a pitch event. It is a relaxed conversation for owners who want to better understand:
- how a small business is typically valued
- which mistakes can reduce value
- what buyers tend to look for
- why it makes sense to prepare early, even if a sale is years away
We will keep it practical. I will share a few simple guidelines on valuation and exit readiness, and the rest of the evening is meant for open discussion, questions and stories from fellow business owners.
First round of drinks is on us. We will also provide a few small bites.
who it is for
Small business owners, founder-operators and entrepreneurs (<10mio revenue/year) who want to strengthen the value and sellability of their business, now or later.
