• Creative Writing Platform: A dual-layered AI system where creative LLMs handle drafting while a background "Out of Band" copilot manages project coherence via an MCP server. It silently tracks character data and plot threads without interrupting the author’s flow.
• Scalable Extraction Pipeline: A serverless AWS solution that moves document extraction from pilot to production volume. It uses parallelized batch jobs to preserve iterative feedback loops, ensuring that thousand-page workflows remain as manageable as small-scale tests.

Tom will show quick demos for both to highlight these key technical points. We can dive into testing, dev workflows, and specific AWS services right after.
