7 Years of Testing in Production: Lessons Learned & Best Practices
I will discuss best practices and lessons learned from 7 years of testing in
production. This talk will quickly touch on several areas, including the UX
role in an Agile development team, and how performance testing ultimately
starts in that Agile development team, and extends all the way into
production. I will also show a real world example of how using UX data
shaped the design considerations for an e-Commerce company.
