Our name, inspired by the joyous festival marking the start of carnival in the Caribbean, embodies our ethos of celebration, community, and culinary delight.

At J’ouvert, they offer a diverse menu reflecting Caribbean vibrancy. Our dishes, crafted by Chef Rory Grange, include spicy jerk chicken and sweet passion fruit pancakes, showcasing island flavors. Our bar, led by Tasha Belle, features tropical cocktails with guava and soursop.
