Atlanta REIA is a membership based real estate education and networking club for real estate inv

Tuesday, November 3rd @ NOON: Join us at the Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin as we tour another real-life transformation in progress! We will be meeting at 3413 Underwood Rd SE, Conyers, GA 30013, a property being renovated in collaboration with PPG Coaching Student, Charles Curry.
Charles has owned this property as a rental for over 20 years, and under the PPG Coaching Program, he’s now turning it into a profitable fix and flip. Come walk the project, see the numbers, and learn how we:
- Evaluate older rental properties for flip potential
- Manage contractors, timelines, and budgets
- Maximize equity through smart renovations
- Prepare for market listing and buyer appeal
This project is about 75% complete, and it’s a great chance to see firsthand how we take an ugly duckling and turn it into a beautiful modern home.

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), led by Chrissy Griffin and Don DeRosa, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes.
The Onsite Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the Atlanta REIA Calendar at http://atlantareia.com/calendar/.
The Onsite Renovation Group is being sponsored by New Western and Longhorn Investment.
The Onsite Renovation Group will focus on properties inside the I-285 perimeter and the in-town neighborhoods. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.
The Onsite Renovation Group is not a sales venue and no selling is allowed. As always, there is no charge for Atlanta REIA members to attend. Guests & Non-Members can RSVP Online for Only $15 at https://Onsite.AtlantaREIA.com or pay $20 at the door.
