The Atlanta REIA Beginning Investors Group (BIG) is an educational and networking special interest group for new investors who are just getting started in real estate investing as well as "new again" real estate investors who've taken a few years off and are looking to get back in the game. BIG is hosted by real estate investor, Dustin Griffin, who will be bringing in local real estate experts to teach new investors how to survive and thrive in our ever changing economy and real estate market.

Getting Started (or Started Again) in Real Estate

This month at the Beginning Investors Group (BIG), we are excited to have our good friend and local real estate investing expert, Bill Cook, as our special guest speaker. Bill is going to share with us the fundamentals of how to get started in real estate. The meeting will take place on Monday, May 18th at 6:30PM at Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd NE in Sandy Springs.

Are you just starting out in real estate and don’t know what to do first? Have you done real estate deals before but maybe took a break for a while and are just stepping back into the game? Has your head been spinning with trying to figure out where to get started? If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, then you NEED to be at this month’s BIG meeting to learn from an expert how to get started.

Bill Cook is regarded as one of the most experienced real estate investors in the country. Bill and his wife, Kim, have been investing in real estate since 1995. Together, they have accumulated a portfolio that includes many single-family homes, mobile homes, and a small mobile home park. Since 1997, Bill and Kim have taught people how to successfully invest in real estate and continue doing so each and every day.

This will be a great meeting for learning where to get started with your real estate investing career. Come check it out for lots of learning and networking to meet other like-minded individuals. It will be a great time. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!

This is a "dinner" group and we kindly request that you buy dinner and/or drinks since the Hudson Grille allows us to meet there. There will be lots of learning and lots of networking.
