Tuesday, August 4th @ NOON: The Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin will be meeting at 763 Bayliss Dr, Marietta, GA 30068, a project being managed by Alajandro Vargas.

Alejandro is a a Georgia real estate investor with over 18 years of experience buying, renovating, flipping, and managing rental properties. In 2018, he founded AV Remodeling, a company dedicated to helping homeowners and fellow investors maximize the value of their properties through high-quality renovation services—from cosmetic updates to complete home transformations.

On Tuesday, August 4th at Noon, Alejandro is taking you inside one of his latest projects: an East Cobb Flip located at 763 Bayliss Dr, Marietta, GA 30068. Follow along as he showcases every stage of the renovation and shares the process, strategy, and craftsmanship behind turning a fixer-upper into a beautiful home.

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), led by Chrissy Griffin and Don DeRosa, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes.

The Onsite Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the Atlanta REIA Calendar at http://atlantareia.com/calendar/.

The Onsite Renovation Group will focus on properties inside the I-285 perimeter and the in-town neighborhoods. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.
