## Description
Join Science for Georgia and the Center for Sustainable Communities for an adventure into Brazil’s Pantanal Wetland, where communities are working together to protect jaguars, fight wildfires, and tackle the impacts of climate change. This 6 time award winning powerful film shows how local action connects to global challenges—and reminds us that civic engagement is about more than voting or volunteering; it’s about protecting our shared future. Come see how saving jaguars is also saving ourselves, and leave inspired with ways you can take action.
A panel of experts will discuss the themes of the film and ways you and your communities can take action.
Popcorn and light snacks will be provided.
