Guided by Connection Coach Imani Monica McCullough, the retreat is dedicated to establishing a safe haven for self-exploration, story-sharing, and mutual support that will leave you revitalized, transformed, and with connections that will uplift you during the retreat and beyond.Unlike most conventional retreats, we understand that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. As such, before the retreat you will be invited to complete a comprehensive survey that empowers our team to create an individualized agenda just for you. Once on-site, your personalized retreat journey will guide you through a series of immersive workshops, therapeutic sessions, and introspective individual exercises that will create space for you to REMEMBER who you are, allowing you to leave the retreat armed with a profound (re)connection to your authentic self.
