1. Welcome (First 10 minutes)

• Choose a cozy seat and settle in
2. Opening Intention + Breath (5 minutes)

• Optional share: “What brought you here tonight?”
3. Sharing Circle
• Each being gets 5–10 minutes to share
• Share from your seat or stand, if you’d like
• You’re welcome to:
– Share a creation (any stage)
– Reflect on your current journey
– Offer a dream, vision, or question
• Sand timer provided for flow
4. Closing Reflections (15–30 minutes)
• Time to chat, connect, sip tea
• Optional group share: “One thing I’m taking with me…”
• Journaling welcome
