We recently announced a new, Streamlined UI for operations work in Jira Service Management. As of July almost all customers have access to this new experience. We’ll give a brief overview with some slides and cover what moving looks like, followed by a live demo. Bring your questions!

Kate Clavet - Atlassian (Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager, ITSM-Atlassian)

As an experienced technical product marketer Kate is passionate about helping people find calm at work during stressful moments. She joined Atlassian in 2018 during the Opsgenie acquisition. She has experience in both the hardware and software industries. When not working she finds joy in being outdoors, reading, and lifting heavy things.

Shaun Pinney - Atlassian (Senior Product Marketing Manager, JSM)

Shaun is a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Jira Service Management team at Atlassian, and has held marketing and customer-facing roles at technology companies including HubSpot, Backupify, Datto, and Opsgenie. When he’s not hosting AMAs, you can find him in the woods of New England on his mountain bike.
