Mateusz worked in various areas, from mobile app startups to critical financial systems. Currently, he's working in the Migration Readiness Team, tech-leading working groups to implement functionalities that will help the Atlassian customers migrate to the Cloud. After hours, Mateusz enjoys playing the guitar.
2. **[Łukasz Zachulski](https://www.linkedin.com/in/lzachulski/)**, Senior Site Reliability Engineer with over 6 years of experience working at Atlassian. He specializes in building and operating highly scalable and distributed systems. Before joining Atlassian, he worked as a Software and DevOps Engineer, gaining valuable expertise in solving complex technical problems during incidents and beyond. Łukasz enjoys the challenge of working with complex systems and collaborating with teams to question assumptions. He has a proven track record of driving positive technical outcomes.
    In his current role at Atlassian, Łukasz manages critical infrastructure and leads efforts to scale systems to meet demanding reliability, performance, and security needs. He also mentors other engineers and sets operational standards.
    Outside work, Łukasz is an avid runner and enjoys helping his kids with homework.
3. **[Richard Warnett](https://www.linkedin.com/in/richardwarnett/)**, Head of Data Center Engineering. As Head of Engineering for Enterprise Data Center Products, Richard Warnett drives his passion for experimentation into the heart of our teams. Richard has created and led software teams worldwide in different, often regulated, domains - from oil to finance, government, and biotech. Because he’s always on the lookout for ways to improve, we can count on Richard to ask, “What if…?”. Loving both travel and food, Richard enjoys the chance to visit our teams around the globe and be treated to the local sights, cuisine, and customs.
4. **[Dita Vysloužilová](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ditav/overlay/about-this-profile/)**, Head of Jira Data Center Engineering. As Head of Engineering for Jira Data Center, Dita prioritizes fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous personal development for the leaders in her care. She has a passion for developing and mentoring diverse teams, ensuring their growth and success for the benefit of our end customers. Dita's responsible for Jira, but her focus is on our Data Center customers overall.
    Dita's background is in software engineering; at heart, she's a Java developer - always. She spent two decades honing her craft on large-scale financial systems and Cloud native e-commerce platforms, appreciating that the right environment is just as important to being a professional software engineer as much as the product you deliver.
    Outside work, Dita is an avid cook and spends much of her free time volunteering with various small-animal-related organizations, from spay/neuter campaigns to last-mile transport of rescue animals in Western Europe.
