5:00 PM: Welcome, Introduction and Ice Breakers

-Introduction to the event, objectives, and schedule.
-Icebreaker Activity: "Agile True or False" - A fun quiz to debunk common myths
about Agile and set the stage for learning.

5:15 PM: Introduction to Agile Methodologies: Bringing Agile Fundamentals into Life

-An in-depth look at the Agile Manifesto, its four key values, and twelve principles.
-Interactive Discussion: How the Agile values align with modern project
management challenges.

5:45 PM: Exploring Scrum

-Detailed hands-on practice on Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
-Workshop: Participants simulate a Scrum Sprint to understand the dynamics of
Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

6:15 PM: Kanban Essentials

-Presentation on Kanban principles, including visualization of work, limiting work
in progress, managing flow, making process policies explicit, and improving
collaboratively.
-Activity: Building a Kanban board - Attendees will create their own Kanban board
to visualize and manage workflow.

6:45 PM: Roundtable Discussion and Q&A

-Open discussion facilitated by Agile experts.
-Participants can ask questions, share experiences, and discuss the application of -Agile practices in different environments.
