Track & Field Training - 1000m test 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Join us for our regular training session at 6:30 PM at the Giuriati Sports Center (Milan).

This time we’ll have a 1000m track test 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ — so short distance and long distance groups will run together.
We’ll still start with warm-up and stretching all together, then head to the track for the test.

📍 Meeting point: the benches in front of the Giuriati gym.
✨ Open to students, alumni, and Erasmus friends – everyone is welcome!
