Nike Training Club (NTC) @ Nike Store

Are you bout that fit life?! Are you looking for an intense & dope calorie burning workout session that is non-stop for an hr lead by some of the top trainers in the A?! If so, come workout w/ me (Quis) @ the Nike Store in Lenox Square Mall (formerly Lenox Mall)... This is a free event that starts @ 8pm promptly every Thurs!
Also, one of the dopest dj's in the city will keep your adrenaline pumping as you sweat & burn calories by the minute.
There's ample parking, water will be provided if you don't bring your own & did I mention it's FREE! All you have to do is bring a towel & a desire to get in shape... If you serious bout that fit life like me, I'll see you there this Thursday... This is not an official APNO event, it's something free that we wanted to give the group the experience of... We will meet as a group downstairs on the 1st level of the store @ 7:15, strive to be on time so we can mix & mingle prior to the start of the session.. See you Thurs!
