Harmonizing with Hypnotic Meditation

As a Certified Hypnotist, Phil will discuss the basic concepts of hypnosis and conduct a Guided Hypnotic Meditation. The intent of this Meditation is to encourage you to harmonize with all that surrounds you. Of course, you can enjoy this very relaxing Meditation without being hypnotized.
Use your phone to record so you can benefit from the Meditation in the future. There will be time for questions before and after the Meditation.
BIO: Phil began studying hypnosis in the 1970s to improve himself as well as his test scores. After several years of practice, he became a Certified Hypnotist in 2015. Phil’s avid interest in the mind, and how we learn, includes studies in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and various metaphysical studies.
