We are going to journey into the deep intelligence of early embryonic development — from zygote to morula to blastocyst — and discover how these primal movements still shape our bodies, emotions, and lives today.

Last time we started with slow gentle qigong movements and then found ourselves gently coming to the mats and entering meditation.

We will do a variation of the same through gentle qigong, somatic inquiry, and embodied philosophy which is relating the same concepts to life inspired by Jaap van der Wal and expressive art. We will explore:

— unity, origin, pure potential
— condensing, gathering, inner coherence
— expanding, creating space, forming inside/outside
— opening through boundaries into new dimension
