Embryonic Qigong

We are continuing our embryonic journey further next Friday January 16th.
This earliest moments are when we first learn how to meet the world —
how to orient…
how to touch…
how to stay.

During our next circle, we explore the subtle embryonic phases and how these early movements continue to shape our relationships, sense of belonging, and capacity to be present today.

We play with the energetic dynamics of the phases as we move our body. They are energetic forces that are imprinted in us and reflect the way we respond.

We will start with some qigong movements, move into a guided meditation, while letting your body follow its impulse for movement, reflection, and art exploration, we will explore:

• How we orient before contact
• The energetic intelligence of first touch
• Touch as awareness, not force
• Migration — moving toward what is resonant
• Implantation — settling, embedding, being received

This practice is slow, embodied, and deeply listening — inviting us to reconnect with the body’s earliest wisdom around connection and belonging.
No prior qigong experience is needed.
All bodies are welcome.
