How Attachment Patterns Shape Needs, Boundaries, and Conflict
When conflict shows up, most people don’t consciously choose how they react — their nervous system does it for them.
This workshop is about understanding why that happens and learning how to respond with more clarity, steadiness, and self-respect.
This is not therapy.
No personal sharing is required.
This is structured, educational, and practical.

### What we’ll do in this workshop

This is not just theory. You will:

  • Learn 2–3 concrete attachment-based tools
  • Use these tools live during the workshop (privately, for yourself)
  • Identify how your attachment pattern shows up in conflict
  • Practice clearer ways to express needs and boundaries

### What you’ll learn

  • Why conflict activates attachment patterns automatically
  • How unmet needs turn into criticism, withdrawal, or emotional escalation
  • Why boundaries feel hard — and how to set them without guilt or over-explaining
  • How anxious, avoidant, fearful, and secure styles communicate under stress
  • A simple framework for calmer, more effective communication

### This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel misunderstood during conflict
  • You shut down, over-explain, or get reactive
  • You struggle to ask for what you need — or to hear others’ needs
  • You want more grounded, secure communication in relationships

### What to expect

  • Live Zoom workshop (~60 minutes)
  • Guided exercises using real tools, not just concepts
  • Short Q&A at the end
  • Tools you can reuse after the workshop

This workshop stands on its own and builds naturally on Workshop #1: Why Relationships Feel So Hard.
