Why do relationship patterns keep repeating, even when you understand them logically?

In this 30-minute live Zoom workshop, we’ll explore how attachment patterns begin and how core wounds shape the way we experience closeness, distance, conflict, rejection, reassurance, and emotional safety in relationships.

We’ll look at the early roots of attachment, the subconscious meanings we attach to painful experiences, and how these patterns can continue to affect dating, communication, boundaries, and emotional reactions in adult relationships.

This workshop is especially relevant for people who find themselves caught in anxious attachment patterns, anxious–avoidant cycles, overthinking, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, emotional confusion, or repeated relationship triggers.

During this workshop, we’ll cover:

  • how attachment patterns are formed
  • what core wounds are
  • how core wounds influence triggers, stories, and relationship dynamics
  • why these patterns often repeat
  • what real healing work begins to look like

I’ll also briefly explain how this work is addressed inside my coaching process, so you can understand what real change looks like beyond insight alone.

This is an educational workshop designed to bring clarity and awareness. It is not therapy, but it can help you understand the deeper roots of your relationship patterns and what it may take to create change.
