Welcome to Let's Talk Attachment
The group where we talk about attachment styles. How they affect how we view ourselves, other people, our relationships, and what we can do to manage our style, as well as become more securely attached.

🎉 Beginning in January 2024 🎉

1 - 2pm, The first hour of the group will be spent on Attachment Theory basics.
2 - 3pm, Second hour will be spent talking about managing and healing your attachment style and improving relationships.
