You are invited to a small group workshop focused on the joy and healing power of inner child work for developing self-love and healing the wounds of insecure attachment.

Guided by insights from Carl Jung, Gabor Maté, and Richard Schwartz, the developer of Internal Family Systems, we will explore the powerful and transformative practice of connecting with, and nurturing, your inner child. Whether you are new to this journey of self-discovery or looking for a supportive community to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a safe and compassionate space to grow and reflect.

• How doing this type of work helps theal attachment wounds
• How the practice restores connection to self and others
