Armed Forces Natural Hair & Health Expo (AFNHHE) is a 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to supporting the growth and awareness of natural hair and optimal health. We cater to military, government officials, their families and civilians living in the vicinity of military installations. Our mission is to educate, inform, and support everyone who has natural (coily, kinky, wavy or curly) hair as well as those transitioning to their natural hair or is interested in learning about natural hair care and healthy living. **By entering an Armed Forces Natural Hair & Health Expo (AFNHHE), purchasing a ticket to the event, or receiving a complimentary admission ticket or pass, you (“Event Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

By entering the event, you agree that AFNHHE and Black Business Showcase may videotape and photograph you, and record your voice, conversation and sounds, during and in connection with your appearance and that AFNHHE shall be the exclusive owner of the results of such taping, photography and recording (the “property”) with the right to use that property throughout the world in all media now known or hereinafter invented, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, and to copyright and license others to use all or any portion, or a reproduction, thereof in the same manner, including, without limitation, in a program to be produced and disseminated by a promotional partner or advertising partner of AFNHHE. You also agree that your photo or a likeness of you may be used for promotional purposes without compensation to you.*
