Introduction to Shamanism with Patrick Corrigan

Shamanism, the oldest spiritual practice known to humankind, arose concurrently in every culture on the plane over 100.000 years ago. You don't need to be a Shaman to use Shamanic Journey, which is the Shaman's technique of Direct Revelation through their helping spirits, for personal and global spiritual growth and well-being.

Patrick Corrigan has been a practicing shamanic practitioner in the Seattle area for over 15 years, having trained with the likes of Tom Cowan and Sandra Ingerman. He enjoys sharing his shamanic experience and knowledge in one-on-one sessions, classes, and through the comics he draws. More info about Patrick and what he does at perchingwolfstudios.net.

In this 3 hour class you will learn basic information, history, and cosmology of shamanism, learn about creating safe and sacred space for shamanic practice, take a Shamanic Journey to connect and interact with your Power Animal spirit guide.

Please bring: notebook and pen, bandana, scarf, or other eye covering, pillow and/or blanket to be comfortable.
