Workshop: Intermediate Programming with AI

This is a hands-on workshop for developers with at least some coding experience — vibe coding counts.

Bring a laptop with VS Code and Claude Code (Pro plan is fine) or Google Antigravity (free) already set up. If you don't have either, join anyway for the presentation and pair up with someone on the exercises.

In this session we'll be exploring how AI is changing the programming workflow — what it's great at, where it falls short, and how to get the most out of it. We'll get into the parts most tutorials skip: PRD-driven builds, real-time feature workshopping, and closed-circuit testing with Playwright and an MCP Chrome extension.

We'll walk through a production-style Claude Code and VS Code setup, then run a live demo of a full project from start to finish. The main presentation will be shown on a central screen so everyone can follow along.

From there, the session becomes audience-led — we'll workshop PRDs for features that we'll build together in real time, and demonstrate how to verify your work as you go using Playwright and the MCP Chrome extension.
