Grab a brush and a drink and let’s get painting! No previous painting experience or artistic ability required. Art In Bloom’s Wine and Paint Party is a social painting class that will give you step by step instructions on how to create your own masterpiece in a fun and relaxed setting. It is great for dates, catching up with mates or for meeting new friends.

We provide all the materials you need (easel, art smock, canvas, acrylic paint, brushes) along with step by step instructions to help get those creative juices flowing. At the end of the event you will leave with your own painting ready to hang up on your wall.

What's the canvas size
You'll be painting on a large 12x16inch (30x40cm) stretched canvas. It is self-framed and ready to hang so you won't have any costly framing expenses afterwards.

What is included/what do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself. We supply the paints, brushes, canvases, art smocks, easels and more. Best of all we do all of the set up and cleaning up so you can focus on just having fun.

What drink is included?
An EARLY BIRD ticket, purchased by the Sunday the week before the event, includes one complimentary house beer/wine/spirit or non-alcoholic drink.

Cancellation policy: No refunds, but you can use your ticket for another Art In Bloom event with 72 hours notice.

DESCRIPTION
Learn how to pour acrylics, with all materials included to complete 2 one-of-a-kind paintings.

Please note: The Dutch Pour Technique is a stand alone class or can be done before/after any other acrylic pouring class as each one teaches a different technique.

This workshop is for beginners to acrylic pouring or just art in general. No prior experience of any art form required. If you’re looking to get a bit creative while having TONS of fun then this is for you.

In this two hour course you will be taught the Dirty Pour Technique. Acrylic pouring is a very delicate science and you’ll be given all the tips and tricks to get it right the first time.

You will learn the techniques for this modern art form, including how to pick the right colours, mixing with the correct mediums and how to create cells. You will be given step-by-step instructions on how to create your own masterpiece. We provide all materials, including paints, mediums, aprons and canvas (2 x 30cm x30cm painting). The paintings will be dry and ready to take home 2 days after the event.

What to bring:
– We provide everything needed for painting, wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on. The paint is washable.
