An impressive AI demo can come together quickly. Turning it into a reliable enterprise application takes more than a good prompt.
In this session, Dhruv Ohri explores the engineering decisions behind moving generative AI from prototype to production on Azure.
Through practical examples and a demo, he will cover connecting AI to enterprise data and APIs, managing identity and access, validating outputs, and handling failures.
The session will also examine evaluation, monitoring, latency and cost, including where conventional application logic should take over from AI. Developers, architects and technology teams will leave with practical considerations for building AI applications that work beyond the demo.

Dhruv Ohri is the AI Practice Lead at Duco Consultancy, where he leads the architecture and delivery of AI-enabled applications and cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
His work spans generative AI, enterprise integrations, automation and production delivery, with a focus on turning prototypes into reliable, maintainable business applications

2. Set your phone’s brightness to 100%.
