HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE! 🐣🎶
As this Sunday is a holiday and many people may already have plans, I’ve decided to host a joint session for both Beginners and Seasoned Beginners. I’ll make sure there’s something for everyone in the mix. This session is for any beginners/newcomers/seasoned beginners who feel like sharing some music (and maybe a bit of chocolate 🍫) this Easter Sunday at 3pm near Cornwall Park.

📍 Location & Access
As many of you know, we’ve had to say goodbye last week to our wonderful venue at the Nix, as my 6-year artist residency with the Ockham Collective has just come to an end.
For the next few weeks, classes will be held in a new temporary location, kindly offered by my student Yuni. This will be our home for the next 4 weeks of weekend classes, before I head off to Europe for a 3½-month music tour with our Sonia & Nigel duo.
Yuni's address where we will be meeting is: 35B Tawhiri Rd, One Tree Hill

### 🎶 Welcome to Auckland Beginner Ukulele & Singing Lessons!

I offer a range of weekend classes for different levels:

  • Newcomers / Total Beginners – Start from scratch, learn the basics of the ukulele, simple chords, strumming, and singing along in a friendly, supportive environment.
  • Seasoned Beginners – Expand your chord range, explore tablature, develop strumming patterns, and tackle more interesting songs.

🕓 This week: The Beginners class will be on Sunday at 3PM (note: usually two separate Sunday classes, but this week is different).
⚠️ Class times may vary week to week due to performance commitments, so please sign up via Meetup to stay updated.

### 💛 My Invitation

Please don’t hold back because you think you’re “not good enough.” This class is for beginners, and I truly believe everyone is musical—it just takes practice and encouragement.
My goal is to create a safe, fun, and relaxed space where you can explore music, build confidence, and enjoy the process.

"Practice makes Progress!"
