For this meeting, we will be judging the Liqueur of The Year and making sausages under the guidance of The River Valley Club’s Publican and butcher, Andy Cummings. Other classes available for entry are Port, Dry/Medium White Fruit Wine, Pale Ale, Brown Ale. It’s gonna be a fun & busy afternoon!
Please bring $10 for sausages: you’ll eat some and go home with a few.
