**This is not a 'Meetup Group' as such, nor a 'Singles Group'- IT IS A UNIQUE FRIENDSHIP GROUP - to expand your circle.
**THIS IS A small GROUP OF PROFESSIONAL FRIENDS – singles and couples. (Couples- please can you both apply to join, so we can see there are 2 people attending events and who they are. Also it increases our numbers, which attacts others to join).
***There is no other group like this in Auckland!
** Classy Events, PLUS Weekly Casual Authentic Dining - often BYOW, plus optional weekly Social Exercise beforehand: Lane Swim/Spa pool chat '-)

**THE GOAL IS: EVERYONE SUGGESTS EVENT IDEAS, to see if anyone is interested to attend with you, and to make new friends. (It’s not hard, when there is only a small group). You just share an outing that you want to attend, and can even bring 1-2 of your own friends- expand your circle, as others will join you. It is as easy as that.
** UNIQUE CONCEPT - We are SHARING our social outings. . . things we would be going to anyway.
** IT GIVES FREEDOM to attend anything you may wish, and not have to go alone. .
** IT’S EASY- Just press the big red 'CREATE EVENT' Button and post a link to something you like, and see if any interest. (We have already listed over 1000 events in the last 10 years)
***Meetup have double their FEES this year. Now, unfortunately, we have to charge $20pp annually to cover costs.
** A SUCCESSFUL GROUP - Lifelong Friendships have been made and several romantic relationships have come from this group, just from doing fun things together!!
** EVENTS WE HAVE DONE IN 10 YEARS: Some wonderful trips around NZ, shows, cultural events, movies, concerts, walks, arty events, swims, BYO and top cool restaurants and home classy dinner parties have been enjoyed- see photos! FUN CLASSY EVENTS & SOCIAL/FITNESS THINGS together (as listed below)

** CLASSY is: For well educated, articulate, (not swearing), active people with integrity - genuine, good manners, respectful and RELIABLE- who love sharing good conversation over a wine and meal.

** ACTIVE members only, as that is how you make friends - so PLEASE DO NOT JOIN, IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO COME TO AN EVENT SOON and/or SHARE one of your ideas soon after.
** WINING AND DINING - For people who love dining out at least once a week, with a wine (so must be able to, at least, smell the bouquet in a glass!) - who have funds for entertainment ;-) for some cute BYO cafes, and some classy restaurants and bars. Try all the great places in AKL
** INTEGRITY - Because this is a group of REAL friends, utmost integrity, consideration and good manners must be used in all RSVPs, as you would with your own friends. Someone puts a lot of time and effort into every event, so no-shows are unacceptable, as are last minute cancellations without good reason! ;-)
**ALL information requested must be given please, in order to consider your application to join -if not, due to very limited time, Administrators will have to DECLINE it sorry, and you will have to resubmit- (NOTE that THERE ARE TEN APPLN QUESTIONS IN ALL)
