Body Language Workshop

They say that body language contributes to anywhere between 50 and 90% of what we say. You cannot convey confidence without good body language. You can spot a liar if you know how to read body language and you can make friends and send people the right messages if you know how to use your body to communicate.

In this workshop we will go over some of the most important fundamentals of body language. We will look at posture, facial expressions and combination messages to put you ahead of the pack.
