Musick Point & Eastern Beaches Urban Ride 28k
Details
We meet at the Halfmoon Bay Marina carpark. From there we ride along the coast to Musick Point which allows great views across the Hauraki Gulf. From there we'll visit a number of lovely bays.
After Cockle Bay we'll climb up and ride to Meadowlands where we can ride along Botany Creek to Highland Park. An underpass at Pakuranga Rd leads back towards Halfmoon Bay where we could go for coffee.
There are a few steep hills to climb, so reasonable fitness is required, but no problem with E-bikes.
WHAT KIND OF BIKES
All sorts of bikes apart from pure road bikes with slick tires.
WHAT TO BRING
Spare tube, tools, water and snacks.
In case of heavy rain forecast the event would be postponed.
