[ROAD][MTB][NON-ACG] Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge 16-160KM

Do you want to be part of NZ's largest cycling event along with 6000 riders on Saturday 29th November

There are msny different event options
160 km Round the Lake - road
100 km - road - new in 2025
55 km Length of the Lake - road
100 km Huka Hundy - MTB
60 km Huka Steamer - MTB
30 km Huka Teaser - MTB
85 km Gravel Grind - off road
16 km Lakesider - off road

Or if you are really crazy - the enduro (2 x round the lake)

This is an external event and is not hosted by the Auckland Cycling Group.

Apart from supporting each other on the start and finish line - we will have a group dinner out on the Saturday night.

Accomodation - With 6000 riders in town, accomodation will be at a premium so book early as places will book out & prices will rise. If you are travelling solo, make use of the comments section below to arrange accomodation with others.

Motels are booking fast with some motels asking minimum 3 night booking. It pays to get in early

Taupo Cycle challenge:
Costing anywhere from $59 to $219 **for early bird pricing which increases from 1 August
