I have had extensive Data, IT, Risk and Audit experience across banking, Airline and professional services. At Genesis, I am building out data governance as a product using Informatica IDMC, Databricks Unity Catalogue and more.

David Williamson - Senior Data Governance Consultant at Venn Consulting NZ
I am an extremely analytical person with a passion for data and reporting. In my current role, my task is to find breaks in the pattern and highlight ways to fix these issues, and often to manage these fixes. I enjoy working on multiple projects at once and find working to deadlines brings out the best in me. In my current & previous roles, I have worked collaboratively with many different types of people, from CEOs to frontline staff, to solve issues and always bring constructive ideas to any discussion where I have experience to contribute. When I see a gap in my team, I find ways to fill it (like covering extra tasks) or to reduce its effect (like process development or training).
