This dinner is at Harbour Society at the SO Auckland Hotel. I have booked us in for the restaurant month menu. You must order from this menu. The entire table needs to order from this menu.
price:
$65 for 3 courses

Entree: Choice of:
Raw market fish; raspberry ponzu sauce; salmon caviar; cucumber; chili; micro herbs
or
Clevedon Valley Bocconcini; sous vide beetroot; wafu dressing; shiso leaf

Mains: Choice of:
South Island King Salmon; wintergreens; fallen angels hair; ginger & lime beurre blanc
or
Free-range pork belly; truffle cauliflower puree; cauliflower crumb; spring onion; master stock
or
Hand cut noodles; pan roasted Asian mushrooms; chilli; chives

Desserts
Lucky Mandarin; coconut dacquoise; grapefruit; green peppercorn; mandarin sorbet

Please only RSVP if you are serious about coming and change it as soon as you know you can't make it. I'll be confirming with everyone a few days beforehand, no reply and I'll move you to the 'not going' list if there is a waitlist. Please do not change yourself to not going on the day of the event. If you are on the waitlist and make other plans please take yourself off the waitlist.
