CānTīng is a smart casual, upmarket modern Chinese, Asian restaurant and bar. Presented by Nic Watt, CānTīng seamlessly blends the richness of an Asian dining experience, with a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation which immerses you in a culinary journey, where every dish is a standalone hero.

The menu is broadly modern Chinese, while also traversing traditional boundaries to transport the tastebuds through the diverse culinary landscapes of Asia.

The focal point of the kitchen is the Duck Oven, where CānTīng bbq duck will soon become a must order for every table. Beautifully hand-crafted dim sum showcases the best of modern Chinese dining. King Crab leg and fresh cut sashimi selections are amongst the menu offerings, along with the broader Asian favourites of our version of king prawn and sesame toast.

CānTīng by Nic Watt is located on Level 1 at Commercial Bay, featuring waterfront views.
