The Tuesday Test Kitchen series (8 courses for $80) continues to be popular, regularly selling out two-three weeks in advance.
This concept sees the kitchen team unveil a selection of off-menu dishes, with each week's menu guided by Mother Nature, shaped by the best seasonal produce available and whatever is inspiring the team in the moment.
