Bethells Beach Explore
Nishiki Japanese Restaurant, 100 Wellington St, Freemans Bay, Auckland, NZGreetings Everyone - Join us on Sunday as we walk from Bethells Beach to O'Neill Beach, explore and then return and do the southern end of the beach.
š” Some words to Inspire you:
Walking north from Bethells Beach, the sand stretches wide and wild beneath basalt cliffs. The tide carves patterns as you pass Te Henga Stream and curve toward OāNeill Bay, where waves crash in a secluded amphitheatre of rock.
The return walk reveals new texturesāwind-sculpted dunes, shifting light, and seabirds tracing the shoreline. Back at Bethells, the southern end invites slower steps: tide pools glinting in late sun, caves etched into cliff faces, and the hush of wetlands behind the dunes. Itās a walk of rhythm and reflection, where every grain of sand feels storied.āāā RSVP on Heylo for a smoother, more engaging experience!
